Items delivered by Royal Mail (Standard Service) are classed as free UK shipping in our online listings; therefore there is no additional charge for delivery. The online item price you see is the price you pay at the ‘Check Out’. Upgrades are available at ‘Check Out’ should you wish.
Courier Service – Including large, heavy and high value parcels:
We’ve work closely with our selected couriers to negotiate the very best possible deals on shipping prices and on UK coverage. Our free UK shipping map covers the vast majority of the mainland UK, but unfortunately there are some areas that fall outside this statement. UK locations that are described as ‘hard to reach’ by our couriers, are areas of Scotland’s Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK islands (not including the Isle of Wight).
In the vast majority of cases, the item price you see is the price you pay at the ‘Check Out’ which includes postage; unless your delivery address is in the areas quoted above. ‘Hard to reach’ areas of the UK will be contacted for an additional payment of £10.
Each of our listings gives you the option of a Standard or Priority service

Motorcycle engines are dispatched using a Pallet Company and additional delivery charges are made clear within the item listing. Delivery dates will be made available once the engine has been purchased and the order has been place with the Pallet Company – Routinely delivery dates are within 5 working days of purchase.
Process/Dispatch Times(for in-stock items)
- At Motorcycle Recycle all our ‘Used Items’ are in-stock;
- We’ll work as quickly as we can to process and dispatch your item(s), please see below for our guidelines (seasonality and bank holidays have not been factored in);
- All of our mainland UK post is sent via a 24 hour service, which means you should expect to receive your parcel the next working day after you’ve been notified of dispatch. For customers based in ‘Hard to reach’ areas, please factor in an additional working day;
- Our ‘Process’ target is within one working day of purchase;
- Our ‘Dispatch’ target is within one working day of ‘Process’ (which we routinely beat);
- All items are marked dispatched at the end of each working day, that is once Royal Mail and our Couriers have collected from us;
- Items that have been upgraded to a Priority Service at ‘Check Out’ will be fast-tracked during Process and Dispatch.
Friday p.m. Saturday & Sunday orders - will be processed chronologically, we endeavour to dispatch as many weekend orders as possible on Monday; the remainder will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Monday orders - will be processed and dispatched by Tuesday/Wednesday (sooner when possible)
Tuesday orders - will be processed and dispatched by Wednesday/Thursday (sooner when possible)
