    • Information we collect when you place an order:
    • When you place an order for goods or services on our website, we collect the following mandatory information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, company name (if applicable), and, if you create an account, an account password.
    • If you do not provide the pertinent information, you will not be able to purchase goods or services from us on our website or enter into a contract with us.
    • Legal basis for processing: Necessary to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
    • Legitimate interest(s): Reason why necessary to perform a contract: We need this information collected by our checkout form to establish who the contract is with and to contact you to fulfil our obligations under the contract, including sending you receipts and order confirmations. It is also necessary to issue you with an invoice for the goods and services you purchased from us.

    • Motorcycle Recycle does not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Data (PD) from children, as defined by local law. If you believe that we have collected PD about a child (defined as a natural person under the age of consent in the applicable country or jurisdiction that he/she resides in), please inform us by email at [email protected] so that we can delete the collected information. Additionally, if the registered user was a child, please use [email protected] to request removal of such content or PD.
    • Motorcycle Recycle’s Policy on Sensitive Personal Data
    • Motorcycle Recycle does not knowingly or intentionally collect sensitive Personal Data (PD) from individuals, and you must not submit sensitive PD to us. “Sensitive Personal Data” is information about an individual that reveals their racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic information, bio-metric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, information concerning health or information concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
